Other information to make your day at the park seamless

  • The park opens and closes at different times depending on your festival. The time frame listed of your festival is the maximum amount of time the park is open to you.
  • Performance times are available before and after the festival time frame.
  • Check-in will be in the group sales office to the left of the main entrance. Directors only, please. Make the final payment later in the day in the same office.
  • Have an exact count of students, chaperones, school employees, and catered meals ready when you arrive – your bill will be based on those numbers later in the day. You will choose your lunch time during check-in.
  • After check-in, take your students inside the park, select a location to call your “home base” and enjoy the day!
  • 30 minutes before warm-up, meet your students to dry off, throw on your choir t-shirt and shorts, and be ready to start their warm-up, performance, and clinic – all in the performance venue!
  • All Choirs perform in the covered performance tent just outside the park.
  • Choirs operate on a 20-minute schedule, which includes set-up, a brief warm-up, performance, and a motivating, positive clinic.
  • Once you have performed – it’s back to the attractions!
